Jennifer Fogel, BSN, RN

Jennifer Fogel, BSN, RN, is the director of nursing informatics. Jen has been a nurse for more than 37 years, all at Eastern Maine Medical Center.
           
Jen started as a staff nurse and held that role for many years before becoming the clinical supervisor of the Ambulatory Care Unit Pre-Administration Testing Department. Jen has also served as the nurse manager of the Ambulatory Care, Transport, Sleep Lab, Pre-Admission Testing, and Pediatrics Units. Jen opened and served as manager of the Outpatient Observation Unit.
           
Jen graduated from the Eastern Maine Medical Center School of Nursing with a nursing diploma, and then went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from St. Joseph's College in Standish, Maine. Jen is currently working toward her Master of Science degree with a focus on nursing informatics at Walden University. Jen is an Eastern Maine Medical Center Eagle Award winner, an award she received for her leadership skills.
           
Jen has enjoyed her time with the organization, and throughout her time here, Eastern Maine Medical Center has become a second family.
